    lost connection to view away from home network

    My app to view my cameras from my phone and ipad worked for years and but since my cable company changed my modem to a higher speed model it has stopped working.
    All of the addresses look correct and I am baffled as to why it stopped working.
    I have looked at my router setting and they seem fine also everything is working fine with the recording software and home network meaning I can see them if I send it straight to the IP address.
    Help is appreciated!

    After you changed the new modem, have you configured port forwarding?
