    New Motorola MR1900 router, app no longer works

    Swapped out my Netgear R7000 (ac1900) router with a new Motorola MR1900. Set up port forwarding for my 4 Foscam IP cameras. Using NO-IP DDNS, and verified router DHCP address had not changed. IP Cam Soft app cannot connect to any of the cameras. Verified on NO-IP that ports were not being blocked. Also use Mangocam with same settings to monitor and record cameras, and Mangocam can see all of the cameras with no problems. Would appreciate any help with this problem. Thanks...

    Can you please create a test account for us to test your camera with our app (username, password, ip address/URL and port number) and then send it via our email support@ipcamsoft.com?
    Our engineers will be able to test your camera and provide an answer within 2 business days.
