    Cool Smart Dashcam Pro

    Hi, I bought this software for my LG G5 and sadly, it doesn´t suport wide angle lens. Please include it on future updates. ThankYou.

    Is there a way to view the .srtmap on desktop while playing downloaded video or possibly a way to export the .srtmap file to know, gpx, etc?

    I can play the video with subtitles for speed, etc, but cannot view the map with anything but my Android phone.

    Hi,
    The current version of the dash cam app only supports viewing map within the app, does not attach the map into video, so you cannot view the map when playing video on your Desktop.

    Recent Problem with DashCam App video playback

    First, I just want to say how much I really like this app. I love it and use it all the time. I do have a recent issue with the app in playback. Even if I download the video to a desktop/laptop, lately the video only plays for a few seconds and then freezes. The audio continues as though the video is in sync and I even checked playing with routes and the route tracks right along. The video freezes. This pretty much defeats the purpose of the app lol. What can I do? I use a Samsung S-7. Is there a recent update to the app that could have caused this? It has only been the last week or so that I have had this problem. Thanks in advance!

    Does this issue happen on several videos or all videos? Please try restarting your phone, record and then playback on your PC again. If you still have the same problem, please contact our support team via email support@ipcamsoft.com and send us some screenshots of the Settings in Dash Cam app and screenshot of Storage information in your phone's Settings.
